Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, may not be eligible due to hygiene or customization reasons. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without an RA number may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Refund amounts may be adjusted for restocking fees, return shipping costs, or taxes.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact our customer support to start the exchange process. You may be responsible for any price differences or additional shipping fees.
Return Shipping
Carefully package the item, ideally in the original packaging with all tags and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside and ship it to the address provided by our support team. Using a trackable service is recommended. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
